Shipping

Delivery Time

We endeavor to dispatch all orders within 10 days of order placement (we aim for same day dispatch). Orders usually take 2 weeks from the date of order placement (each of our rowing shoes are handcrafted and customized for your requirements). We will keep you updated with the progress of your order by email.

Freight Charges

All Orders are subject to courier/ freight charges. A flat shipping rate of $10 per pair of shoes is charged worldwide. Shipping rates for accessories quoted during the checkout process. If you are ordering greater than 100 pairs, your consignment will be dispatched through air freight.

Shipping Company

For all courier or freight shipments, we use reputable and reliable shipping companies such as FedEX, UPS, DHL, TNT or similar.

Tracking

Upon dispatch/shipment of your order, you will be sent a shipping confirmation email with courier or freight tracking details (if tracking is available). Tracking is provided from pickup to delivery and can be checked online at the shipping companies website.

Destination Taxes and Duties

While every legal effort is made to minimize import charges, individual countries may impose duties and taxes on your order. Any import charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
