Returns Policy
We can only accept returns for purchases made from the official Ankaa Rowing Shoes online store. If you believe your Ankaa rowing shoes were delivered to you in a defective or damaged condition, please contact Customer Services immediately by e-mail at customerservice@ankaarowingshoes.com.
The online store accepts returns for the following:
- Items damaged prior to delivery
- Items with manufacturing faults
- Items supplied incorrectly
- Requests for exchange of size or color of an item. The original item must be in new condition and the return request must be made within 28 days of dispatch.
The following steps MUST be taken for ALL returns:

We will need your order number and item number from your original confirmation e-mail, as well as your registered e-mail address and phone number. Copying and pasting this information from your original confirmation e-mail will ensure accuracy and avoid delays!
